It’s been a difficult week so far, and I have been struggling to deal with my own emotions while being told what should be being done versus what I am able to do.
Maybe this happens to you as well, when you feel called to honour, and someone stomps on your attempt?
So I turn to the Word, and again look for wisdom, hope and comfort there, as so many have done for generations before me.
When the unusual happens, pray hard.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. Colossians 4:2
When caught in the barbed wire of someone else’s unkind words, forgive & be kind in reply.
Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32
Be gracious in your speech. The goal is to bring out the best in others in a conversation, not put them down or cut them up. Colossians 4:6 MSG
Do not let kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. Proverbs 3:3
I can always come before You, and share what’s bothering me.
Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16
In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help.

I can become positive as I allow Your heart & to do list to guide mine.
